Non-Insurance Health  Benefits are employer sponsored benefits that encourages the health and wellness of an employee but are not traditional health insurance.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

A benefit designed to assist employees in resolving personal problems and/or crisis situations including: Stress, Grief/Loss, Marital difficulties, Financial trouble, Substance abuse.  An EAP is delivered at  no cost to employees and are sometimes offered by Health Insurers as part of their Group Medical plans.

HEALTHCARE ADVOCACY

A Healthcare Advocate

answers questions about tests, treatments and medications; coordinates care among multiple providers; arranges second opinions; finds options for non-covered services; provides information about generic drug options; untangles medical bills and insurance claims.

Telehealth Services can include unlimited visits with no per visit fee by board-certified doctors for treatment for common medical issues such as colds, flu, respiratory infections, bronchitis, pink eye, poison ivy, sinus problems, allergies, urinary tract infections and ear infections – plus – over the phone prescriptions.

BEHAVIORAL TELEHEALTH

Behavioral Telehealth are virtual visits by phone or video with a licensed Therapist or Psychiatrist; Convenient, discreet access at a fraction of the cost of a typical in-person visit. Support for anxiety, depression, stress/PTSD, panic disorder, grief, family & marriage issues, and more.

A Prescription Savings Plan can help provide steep discounts if prescription(s) are expensive and only partially covered by insurance, or prescriptions that aren’t covered by insurance. 

PRESCRIPTION SAVINGS

DENTAL SAVINGS

Dental Savings Plan benefit programs, in most instances, will allow savings from 20% to 40% per visit for dental services such as cleanings, X-rays, crowns, root canals and fillings and also savings on orthodontics and periodontics.

Vision Care Savings Plan can be up to 10% to 60% off on glasses, contacts, laser surgery, exams and even designer frames and additional savings on specialty items like tints, coatings and UV protection. 

VISION SAVINGS

A Wellness Program is an initiative to promote healthy lifestyles among employees, and in some cases, their spouses and dependents. Examples include:  Biometric Screening – blood pressure, pulse, blood glucose, Body-Mass Index), Financial Counseling/Planning, Gym Membership Discounts, Health Coaching, Weight Management.

WELLNESS PROGRAM
