Up To 64 Hours of Sick Time for Employees in New Mexico
New Mexico’s sick leave law (Healthy Workplaces Act) went into effect on July 1, 2022.
The Healthy Workplaces Act of 2021 is a law requiring all private employers in New Mexico to allow employees – – – including tipped, part-time, piece work and commission only – – – to accrue and use a benefit called earned sick leave.
